The backward step – the journey within



Take a few steps backwards and you will see things in a bigger perspective. Turn and face yourself, journey inward toward your inner core of your being. There you release yourself. Forgive yourself off all hurt, desires, aversions, habits, pains, fears, ideas, beliefs, doctrines, conditioning, learning, knowledge… you let go off it all and rest at your center where it is silent, calm and alert.

It is all about you. No one else. The choice is all yours everytime, every moment of your life to consciously choose awareness, inner peace and harmony above all else. It is your choice not to use any mind to transcend to intuitive and spiritual matters. Here and now, all witnessing and all embracing in acceptance.

Don’t react … respond. Reacting is from habits, memory and mind. Responding is daring to trust the present moment as you live, breathe in presence and in harmony within and without.
